Just a question I'm thinking about. Does anyone think that it may have happened that some finding made by the External Auditor may have been the reason why the recent court case has been dismissed? Could the external auditor have come to a certain provable verifiable and valid conclusion about something and then that fact be used as evidence in the case which would then nullify the argument made against CytoDyn and therefore lead to the dismissal despite the opportunity to come to a settlement in the matter scheduled 3 times in the future?
