Doesn't this company by default also own Generex stock overall?
Next question, they own the same shares that everyone else owns as well also, so it would be in their best interest to get top dollar for NGIO whether they call a shareholders meeting or not, so if they got 500 million or a billion for NGIO? it is in their interest to get the billion to make the most money which would still benefit us in the end.
My last questions, if they sell NGIO, doesn't that raise the stock price of Generex if Generex isn't chopped up and gone? Since they own the shares in NGIO, do they own the Generex or is that separate? Generex still has all those shares, all those other companies underneath it.
