If that is true then international / non-US shareholders are double screwed, because at least I know of a lot of us, who never received any of these dividend NGIO shares. If I am not entirely mistaken I am still entitled to 60+k NGIO shares based on the two related dividends, but never received any of them. I talked to my bank about it, I talked to JM, and he referred me to his trading agent etc. with no solution.
