At least SIRG has used its funding to advance the copper mine towards production and create shareholder value and not like Lovito who used investor's money to pay off old legal debt obligations. And SIRG shareholders were informed in advance that the A/S would be increased, not like Lovito who signed the amendment and then hid it until he had maxed out the O/S and he was desperate to dump his 75M shares.
