Mhafner, Thanks for the update. The next big date will be Nov. 3rd when the Proofs of Claim are due. Then we can see what the legitimate possible debt is. Then the questions are; are the $319,800,000 NuGenerex appraisal value (Document #40 you previously posted) and the Olaregen $18,380,053 valuation true values? If so and the creditors amount is less, then how will the assets be used to pay off the creditors? And what will happen to Generex if/when it still has asset value after the creditors get their money?
