Here is the problem with your analyses. The valuation was already done previously and done again from my understanding, so Joe actually did not have anything to gain and really Joe was expecting more than was delivered.
The valuation is probably real to a point, maybe more in actuality. However we might now know which is a major problem with no one at the helm and the Joe fiasco. Unless a company comes forward and does offer some bid to buy NGIO no one sees anything out of this, again thanks to the fiasco from Joe.
All in all, this was and is a mess that should have been avoided and all points to the mismanagement that Joe and team ran at Generex and had many investors believing the exact opposite.
