In my opinion it is not about putting something else together. It is more likely about putting separation between his two babies. One being his non-profit the other being his company's for profit. I think the non profit stuff is more in his daughter's wheelhouse and she will do a great job. I am guessing the for profit stuff has way more moving part that need the Doc's attention. But once up and running he has people in place to oversee the day to day stuff... Again just an opinion.
