So here's the deal. There are no $19.00 shares available in 100 share lots. There seems to be a few in odd lots. You may be able to get 20 or 30 shares. When you think they are less than 10 cents a share pre split and there are only 30,000 available to start with it becomes a no brainer. What ever you can get then shorty can not. 10 shares and yes that would help.
