Struggling with that question myself. (Have been holding out for Novavax for second booster but that could be a long wait ...)

That question- for me- has taken on new meaning related to leronlimab. Without a safe effective therapeutic- it changes the dynamic. Might have made some sort of sense to focus on vaccines initially. But long past time to prioritize expanding vaccine options and put treatments - especially leronlimab- into high gear.
