Wow, lively discussion re: Dr Kelly.
A couple more points:
1. He is both on the board and holding an executive position at the company. The only person in these dual roles. In an odd way, he is overseeing Cyrus and at the same time working for Cyrus. Not good.
2. Since he is not an independent board member, he isn't on any of the board committees (comp, audit, etc.); so not adding typical value.
3. I'm pretty sure his salary is higher than Cyrus'. (But would need to double check this one).
10q should be out Monday afternoon. Maybe Tuesday if they get an extension due to the holiday.
Announcement of annual meeting (and who is standing for board election) should be coming very soon.
