Trump is responsible for some of it and Trump had his share of 'fallout' from his disastrous response the pandemic, the enormous loss of jobs, the stock market crash on his watch, the supply chain disruptions and, of course, his incitement of a treasonous insurrection.
Here's another myth buster for you Trumpanzees. I shorthanded a reply to an inane claim that Pooty would not invade if Trump had won reelection with 'he'd be in Warsaw by now'.
This is more comprehensive. Seriously, WHY was Trump so accommodating toward Putin?
How would Trump have handled the crisis with Russia if he had been in Biden's place in your opinion?

We already know the answer to that question.
Ukraine and Russia were at war when Donald Trump became President. Here are among the actions that Donald Trump took:
1. Had his National Security Advisor tell the Russian Ambassador to the US not to react to US sanctions during the Obama Administration for invading Crimea, that he would [seek] to get those reversed.
2. Sought to have Russia admitted to the G-7.
3. Publicly said that since the residents of Crimea spoke Russia, then Crimea belonged to Russia.
4. Publicly said that NATO was obsolete.
5. Refused to publicly say that the US would commit to honoring Article V of the NATO treaty (that says if someone like Russia attacks a member of NATO, the US would come to their aid).
6. After newly elected President Zelenskyy asked for a public meeting with Trump at the WH (to show Russia that we had their back), h e refused to meet with Zelenskyy in the WH.
7. Without warning either the US or Ukraine, he abruptly cut off all arms supplies to Ukraine. When Congress forced him to resume and he was impeached, he then placed restrictions on the arms so the Javelins could not be used in combat.
8. He told his aides that if elected to a second term, he wanted to withdraw from NATO.
9. When the US Intelligence Community got copies of Russian plans for the full invasion of Ukraine, the Biden Administration shared them with NATO and Ukraine and then publicized them in an effort to help preparation for the invasion and possibly deter Putin from invading by showing his plans were revealed.
included the Russian “hit list” of individuals targeted for assassination (which included Zelenskyy and his wife and children). Putin denied all of this prior to the invasion. Trump said publicly that he believed Putin over the US Intelligence Community and he trusted Putin when he denied various accusations.
10. During the 4 years of the Trump Administration when Ukraine and Russia were at war, Trump did not acknowledge this war or seek to stop it.
11. When Putin did invade, Trump called him a “genius” and a “peace maker.”
So I think we know how Trump would have acted in 2022 because we saw how he acted when Ukraine and Russia were fighting from 2016–2020.
Oh, and btw, if you post and don't allow comments, I delete your post. I do the same if you wander off-topic—there are other threads for talking about how Obama is from Kenya or other such nonsense. Quora is about an exchange of information on a specific topic. If you’re going to post and run or you’re just going to make a series of claims off-topic to the OP’s question or my response, then you’re post is toast.
Oh, and to the person who allegedly, read this post and then replied without allowing any replies—as you can see, your [post] has been deleted. And your implication that since Trump’s name is on a book “The Art of the Deal” that means he must have worked some great deal with Putin to prevent war in Ukraine: first, Trump didn’t write “Art of the Deal” Tony Schwartz wrote it:
And during the 4 years of the Trump administration, Russia and Ukraine were fighting every single day—what exactly was a the “deal” that ensured peace again?
