Why do sport-teams replace the coach ?
Because the team does not perform as expected, some individuals
do not contribute to the overall success of the team.

Under a new coach individuals all of a sudden might deliver
above average and unfold unknown capabilities.

With the new coach C.A. (Who still needs to prove his CEO-
fitness !) individuals could surprise us all with an above performances
if they are coached in the proper way. No ?
