Like many on this board, I once owned a company and was involved in staffing decisions. When we interviewed for a position, I found myself looking at the candidate like a stack of cash. I asked myself if this person would create a positive return on the investment. Probably not a caring and sensitive way of doing business, but we usually had high performers who shared in the successes.
I had a positive interaction with Dr. Kelly who had tried to help coordinate a right to try for a family member. He was very helpful. But if I had interviewed him for a job and looked at him like I looked at my past candidates, I might have a problem identifying efforts that proved value to Cytodyn.
