My take on recent events for what they are worth. my initial reaction was surprise. Who issues a PR on a Friday afternoon in the summer? It certainly does nothing for the share price as the only ones who might see it are the very people who already own it. At first blush, it didn't seem to say much that couldn't have been released on, say Wednesday morning. I won't keep beating at it, I think you get my point that I was unimpressed. I didn't post right away. I let it bounce around inside my head, because to me it was as perplexing as it was surprising.
My second reaction was that maybe I was trying to read too much into it. Considering that next week is the fourth of July week and nothing of significance is likely to happen, maybe it is exactly what it looks like. A quick note to longs to let them know things are moving, albeit slowly, but progress is happening. So maybe Matt, knowing the longs were dying for something gave us that in hopes that would suffice until the second week of July. Which, by the way, is when many believe things should really start to happen. With the respect to the move to incorporate in Del. It could be the nugget of gold that Mrs. R and Andy have stated. I really don't know enough either way.
My final thoughts. I decided several months ago that I would wait for the Q2 fins and the audit results. nothing in Friday's news changes that. I believe July will tell us all we need to know and I'll wait until then to reassess my position. Again, just one humble posters opinion.
