This person sounds like a very frustrated ahole and he can't type or speak english.  He "threatens prison time" for certain longs".  That is the funniest thing I have ever read!  This person sounds very bitter about those who support TECO.  I question; who they are and what happened to this person as related to TECO?  A poster doesn't talk about longs in a threatening legal sense like that unless a very bitter ex-employee or shareholder with a huge losses or demoted employee or similar IMO.
