The wording in the 10K seems to clearly indicate that Cytodyn is the subject of the investigations. I think it's important as investors to acknowledge that.
The good news is that to my knowledge there has never been any misrepresentation by Cytodyn in any SEC filings. It was all Nader's bullshit. For example, he straight up lied in a Proactive video in mid-2021 about how many shares were left to be issued when the 10K had truthfully stated the number.
And if Cytodyn needed someone to attest that the garbled late night (Vancouver time) press releases were the doings of Nader alone, I would gladly offer a forensic affirmation of that.
The investigations will hopefully finish with a whimper but earlier this year I spent time googling cases of companies getting dinged by the SEC after firing problematic CEOs and damage to the companies seemed to be greatly mitigated. Just my amateur sleuthing, though, I'm not a securities lawyer.
