Anyone entity with a modicum of common sense... would not buy a company with legal issues...Look at Amarex...would NSF have bought them NOW... knowing their current predicament...not likely. The job of a BOD... is to navigate around issues that might present a future quagmire. Once issues are predictable or quarantined...only then are decisions made...to move forward...
