yeah, that doesn't even make any sense. i'm asking a question about 2 issues that the people leading the company brought up - on the quarterly conference call with investors - so it was an agenda item that they raised. and they weren't talking about the class action stuff.

I know if it's not 100% positive, then it doesn't fit into your analysis - and is rather a "soft bash", but i'm trying to actually make sense of the issues that our leadership has clearly laid out (both positive and negative) - and to see when we may see a clean path to a partnership.
