We are ALL focused on the civil concerns...and the possible millions in compensation or recovery from Amarex's systematic failure to perform...for which they were well compensated. I would think to examine another aspect of this debacle ..and that is criminal intent and as a result...the lack of availability of a drug that has been proven... albeit anecdotally in SOME cases to be effective in "taking death off the table"...this is not my quote.
NSF/Amarex's intentional lack of fiduciary responsibility...likely put "death on the table for in-need patients. I believe this series of events...likely created collateral damage and reduced the life spans...of many.
