That's exactly the way I see it happening Evil Rabbit.
When they know they will be taken to the cleaners, they may just come to us rather apologetically and request to settle.
They may put in there, as a condition of the settlement, that CytoDyn completely forgives Amarex for everything and holds nothing accountable, no wrong doing,
and only with that do they agree to settle for some middle of the road amount.
Yes, it's worth billions, but I don't think we will even get $1billion. But, I'm thinking we may accept a settlement of about a quarter billion. Good enough for a trial on metastatic colorectal cancer.
