Maybe when their CEO did take a look, he was shocked at what he found.
Certainly, these two NSF senior executives will be deposed. Hopefully, Sidley Austin will make them tell all, revealing everything they know.
Surely, what is sitting in these executive's heads could indeed cause great devastation within NSF if it were made as public information.
I don't think Sidley Austin is taking any orders from CytoDyn. I don't believe Sidley Austin is being compensated by CytoDyn. Sidley Austin is either being compensated by a 3rd party or is working as they believe there are sufficient reserves in the settlement for them. So this case would continue on whether CytoDyn remains solvent or not.
