They are looking at indications IMO that Cyrus has gotten feedback on where people have told him he can get partnership/buyout/approval in these areas.

All of us will agree we have been slow walked for two and a half years and put through flaming hoops. I am hoping we have learned from every single roadblock that buyout and partnerships are the only way. Every other way you get cut off at the pass or screwed out of making money even if you are approved. The game is rigged, not just sort of rigged, but really rigged so that BP buyout and partnerships are the only way.
