$SINC was placed on OTC Expert Market from 29th of Sept 2022.
To have the issue fixed we will insert the missing audited numbers in Ks and Qs with amendments, with a combination of listing application to OTCQB.
This would take about 4 - 6 weeks, we will keep public informed.
