I think Jake was posting in good faith. I also don't think the FDA cares about a potential lawsuit for suppressing Leronlimab because they have sovereign immunity, and "the government," whoever/whatever they are at the moment, must consent to being sued. No FDA bureaucrat will be personally liable or suffer any professional consequence, and even if the FDA is sued, they can delay for years and quite possibly bleed any small biopharma into BK.
