How does a director get voted out? This is not like political election when you have an opponent.
He will likely run against, well, nobody, unless another entire slate of directors is proposed by a group of, I think, 5%+ shareholders. I doubt that will happen this time, but what do I know.
Won't he still have more votes than his likely opponent "nobody"?
