The SP-moves in Stuttgart / Germany are typically only reported when UP.
It is no surprise after this sobering, yet disappointing CC the
SP is DOWN 20% early morning.
But this is probably due to the fact that germans don't speak english that
well and could not grasp all the hidden messages, the very encouraging
