The holds pertained to HIV and Covid because those were the only two ongoing trials we had at the time. Which doesn't mean they won't block any new clinical trial from starting until the hold is lifted.

Cyrus predicated that on whether it was reasonable compared to the potential future earnings from leronlimab. Which is the criteria that should be used in determining whether an offer should be presented to shareholders for a vote. So we will never know about any lowball offers that are made.
