Unless I missed something...I believe the vast majority of shares that are held represent retail investors who numbered 43,000 at one point...So an Offer/Deal would still be a Shareholder agreement...that would have to inspire ALL...in order to be accepted...those you have noted would be well-heeled...only after it has placated the majority.
