I'm sticking with my prediction of the hold being lifted by Halloween (best) or Thanksgiving (worst).
One tidbit in the call was Cyrus confirming that Amarex failed to fulfill its contractual duties. So while they didn't want to comment on the legal situation, it seems pretty clear we have good reason to sue the ever-loving crap out of Amarex.
As to comments like "Cytodyn has no money." No shit, Sherlock, look up the term "pre-revenue." Like all pre-rev biotechs, we'll raise it. I think there's enough empirical evidence of LL's value out there it won't be a problem.
Still very possible there's a partnership in the offing. That was never going to be announced in a call IMO. Could be tomorrow. Could be next year. If you can't wait, there's the door.
