"Strategery" of fear. Old strategy was greed ...
Fear dictates plop a web banner up even if not specifically required/mandated. Fear also dictates leave the banner up until you get permission to remove it. You don't even ask for permission because you fear the mandator. You wait/cower until it is clear the web banner can be removed.
Don't get me wrong, I am game for a strategy of fear. It could be that we are too small a firm to have a greed "strategery." Fear the regulators, fear your CRO, fear any vendors. We learned finally, so this is all now obvious stuff for a baby sized pharma. After I use the proceeds to purchase a view for the spouse, I will never ever invest in pharma again.
