Here’s what I am questioning. Marc, I’m sorry you don’t like my questions. I assure you I don’t the answers. But they are valid questions. Just following my own knowledge, as unfulfilled as it is.
Antonio and Cyrus got a bunch of options. Could be somebody knows something. Or … or … could be a part of their normal compensation.
An old S-3 got withdrawn. Could be somebody knows something. Or … could be the S-3 for $200 million dollars, (which we all bitched about a year ago because it was $200 million dollars and not locked to a share count) … was simply withdrawn as part of a document clean up.
And now the disclaimer got removed. Here’s the rub. Did we make the disclaimer on our own, or were we forced to wall to disclaim. Could be somebody knows something. Or…or…could be we decided that we apologized enough already.
I don’t know the answers. Hope they talk good in that CC thing.
