2 years of these teasers is telling me:
1 - the hold is lifted, that's great. Means we can actually move forward as a company. Doesn't mean we have a partnership or buyout signed. Just means we are back in business. We may hit $.60 today
2 - The S-3, taking back the need to sell 200 mil shares doesn't mean we don't need the $. That would be fantastic, what it may mean is that the conditions of the request have to be modified and refiled. Hope I'm wrong but you can't trick me into buying more shares.
Hope the explanations for these 2 things are fantastic and I'm full of it!
