Ok I understand what he is saying, also the OS went up exactly the same amount of shares 183,173,158 Dalton got with this recommendation from the Attorney Letter QUOTE Based on and strictly limited to the foregoing, I am of the opinion that the Shares may be
issued to Mr. Dalton with a restrictive legend.
So if i understand what he is saying they are sitting there to be sold if Dalton chooses to do so correct. And they never got issued with restrictive legend
Ok now Doc is the only one with restricted shares and it never reflected in the Attorney Letter on 09/18/2022 that he had 7,990,282 shares released his total count would have came down this amount and it didn't.
So i will let the TA tell me in the morning we talked on the phone briefly this afternoon but I have to call back tomorrow. I'm not saying he is wrong or correct yet
