I don't think their goals have changed.since 2018. I'm just not sure they will ever be able to accomplish them. Like I have said, if there is no news of a complete shut down of the project, I assume they are still trying to make it work. Same with QMC, if there is no going out of bussines sale announced, it's a good day. And, maybe, one of these days we will get word that makes us all happy.
