Lol, nicely done. I agree with what you said.
Not based on anything other than what I have seen in the filings, but Mexus’s failure to produce any significant amounts of gold, for the $30 million spent, despite from what I can see, multiple attempts at leaching, redoing the pad, trying different recovery methods, and bringing in various reputed experts, does not put them in a great position to be making any big demands on a partner, even if they are even offered a deal. Just my opinion. I would be very surprised if they even got offered an 80/20 JV deal. They never did prove up their claims of a big gold deposit, unless I missed the report somewhere, so can’t see a buyout based on production amounting to much, without the interested party doing some drillling first.
But even then with the out of control dilution happening which should see us over 800 million shares outstanding by the end of October, a buyout deal would likely have little impact on the pps. Maybe a small pop on news. If I remember correctly, Argo’s offered deal was a JV plus $500K?
Even a $1M would only be approx. .0012 per share with 800 mil outstanding. $10M would be .0125
As far as I am concerned anyone who was caught in the last reverse split and is still holding those shares, will not recover those losses. Myself included.
The only people who might profit from here on out, will be the people buying the trip zeros, who are smart enough and able to get out during a promotion by one of the groups who are always running pump and dumps on trip zero stocks, if they see an opportunity to profit. Gold prices being down roughly $280 an ounce over past 6 months, doesn’t help either.
