Reading through the whole patent, that is a great patent to have. The next paragraph.
As a reference point, Survey Monkey which is one of the leaders in Surveys market cap is $832.55M and they don't have a patent like this.
But then again, Survey Monkey is just a point solution that just does Surveys and it not a complete CRM/Sales Tool with interactivity and video.
