Rough guess here, after playing with some numbers, but there could be about 30-35million shares left on the note that came due Sept 5th Looking at the daily volume, maybe 30 million shares has already converted. I believe the current note is converting around .0008.
The next note eligible for conversion is in 2 weeks after Oct.3rd and should be worth another 60 million shares if it converts at .00068 based on avg of current 2 lowest trades of .0010 and .0011. I believe we will be trading in the trip zeros soon, so those conversion numbers could change, but unlikely to be for the better.
So another guess is that we are going to see a pr next Monday or over the next couple of weeks to help move the conversion shares.
We should be near or over 800 million outstanding after the Oct note finishes.
