FBI Whistleblower Alleges Jan 6 Cases Manipulated To Create Illusion Of National Crisis
September 21, 2022

The investigation into the events at the Capitol on Jan 6 has not borne much fruit.

From the beginning, the Biden DOJ has tried to cast blame on then-President Trump for any and all of the events that day but has not succeeded in finding evidence against the 45th president.

A few individuals have been found to have broken laws either that day or after, such as ignoring subpoenas. but no charges have been brought against former President Trump.

The lengthy investigation has some suspicions of the reason for the attempt to smear the 45th president, and such a reason would obviously be partisan. The attempt is still in place.

President Joe Biden and his team try to make the case that supporters of Donald Trump are creating a crisis of extremism in the United States, a case he made in a widely panned speech in Pennsylvania a few weeks ago.

Now a startling letter from a congressman sheds light on the focus of the Jan 6 investigations at the expense of other investigations.

The top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee said Monday a whistleblower has come forward detailing how the FBI is manipulating cases related to the Jan. 6 Capitol riot to create “the illusion” that domestic violent extremism is a widespread problem in the United States.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) said in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray that the “manipulative case-file practice” was being conducted by the bureau’s Washington field office, which was instructing local FBI offices to open up cases on their books that were in fact simply related to the Capitol breach.

“The FBI’s case categorization creates the illusion that threats from DVE are present in jurisdictions across the nation when in reality they all stem from the same related investigation concerning the actions at the Capitol on January 6,” Jordan wrote.

“Such an artificial case categorization scheme allows FBI leadership to misleadingly point to ‘significant’ increases in DVE threats nationwide,” he added.

The Republican lawmaker said the whistleblower’s description is “consistent with disclosures we have received from other whistleblowers that high-ranking FBI officials — including a senior WFO official — are pressing front-line agents to categorize cases as DVE matters to fit a political narrative.”

Jordan said the FBI’s shifted focus is coming at the expense of other crimes, including the investigation of child sex exploitation.

“The whistleblower disclosed that the FBI is sacrificing its other important federal law-enforcement duties to pursue January 6 investigations,” Jordan wrote.

“The whistleblower recalled, for example, being told that child sexual abuse material investigations were no longer an FBI priority and should be referred to local law enforcement agencies.

“Such a posture is not only a dereliction of the FBI’s mission to investigate violations of federal laws, but it is a grave disservice to the victims of child sexual abuse and other crimes that do not advance the FBI leadership’s political agenda.”

Why go to such lengths to try and cast blame where there seems to be none?

One only has to look at President Biden’s recent Pennsylvania speech, most of which was vehemently against former President Trump, any of his supporters, and those who want to Make America Great Again.

“Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic. Now, I want to be very clear – very clear up front. Not every Republican, not even a majority of Republicans, are MAGA Republicans. Not every Republican embraces their extreme ideology. I know because I’ve been able to work with those mainstream Republicans.

But there is no question that the Republican Party today is dominated, driven and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans and that is a threat to this country.”

Biden even chose to refer to the Jan 6 events in his speech, grasping at straws to try and blame conservative, constitution-loving Republicans for any lawbreaking behavior.

“They [MAGA] look at the mob that stormed the United States Capitol on January 6 – brutally attacking law enforcement – not as insurrectionists who placed a dagger to the throat of our democracy, but they look at them as patriots.”

Ignoring the BLM and other riots that tore so many blue cities apart, Biden blatantly accused Republican of the violence, and cried “We can’t allow violence to be normalized in this country. It’s wrong. We each have to reject political violence with – with all the moral clarity and conviction this nation can muster. Now.”

Biden then said.” MAGA republicans look at America and see carnage and darkness and despair. They spread fear and lies – lies told for profit and power.”

Widely criticized, Biden’s speech highlighted the continuing and even desperate attempt to smear former President Trump and all his supports, as well as paint his Democrat administration as peaceful and law-abiding, notwithstanding the evidence against many Democrats including his own son and his administration’s FBI.
