I don’t think they’re suppressing it. I just don’t think they’re motivated to goose it or encourage it higher… YET.
Again, because maybe they don’t need to raise funds yet and because they know an explosion upwards is weeks or a month away.
I assume Paulson prefers it low right now to entice more investors too. (Edit: just see Chaz said the same)

To be clear though, I absolutely don’t think Mgmt is doing a terrible job or “torpedoing” the company. That’s a dumb interpretation of what I said. There’s a difference between what’s happening behind the scenes and the current pps. I don’t think the latter reflects the former. On purpose or just “what it is”… I really don’t know but it’s an interesting debate.
