You've said this quite a few times now. But think about what you are saying: some of the management is intentionally torpedoing the company so their compensation in this month or that month becomes greater.

In other words, you're saying they are trying not to do their jobs. It's slander, basically.

Try saying that directly to the face of Chris Recknor. Or Cyrus Arman, who has six months to turn the company around.

Or yourself. Do a crappy job on a free-lance job and you'll make more money. But wait. Doing a crappy job might sink your future possibilities.

I'm motivated to do the best job I can when someone hires me, and I would bet the CYDY management is the same. As much or more than you, they want the company to do well.
