XRP was slapped by Gary Gensler and the SEC in a lawsuit. They allege that xrp is a security and thus they were illegally distributed in the beginning, although their mechanism was the same as ethereums. Now lack of crypto regulation is holding back the whole crypto market thru lack of regulation clarity, big safe money is staying away for now. Now the CFTC and the SEC are having a pissing match over control. My guess is the SEC case is drawing closer to finality and XRP should begin to Ape.
the crypto bear will end eventually than it is rocket ship time again.
I equate the crypto tech to game changers like the automobile, cell phones, internet,email, ev cars, ect. Happens slowly and bam full adoption. who wins who loses ask paypal,amazon google, ect. Bitcoin and ethereum are the two gorillas for now.
watch a Michael Saylor you tube , he is a Bitcoin maximalist, although i and many others think ETH will flip Bitcoin at some point in time. Moar volatility than stocks and less safety.
