Even if Steve went to 2 Billion Shares O/S....did you see the share structure for the other Company, WOW
And they are trading for over $3.00
So even if Steve goes to 2 Billion it seems its still possible for PNCH to go over 50 cents or higher. So the Share Structure argument might be very weak?
