Very well thought out PA. I can speak to the part about HRI and it’s employees. I work with a supply company that bills Medicare, Medicaid, VA, etc. Other than a small amount of support staff, the rest of us are contracted to bring the revenue in.

I mentioned before… he is approved now as a provider for all of those and (way) bigger than we are. Factor in billing for private insurance companies and private pay… if he rolls in the subs we know he has, we will all be very happy.

I’m not a flipper or a pumper. I don’t particularly care if any of you are. Do what your own gut tells you to do. I bought what I could afford and staying right where I am. It’s always a gamble, but I believe the ones who ride it out will win in the end.
