I must have missed it but when did this change? Scott Kelly said on the March 31st call that it should only take 8-12 weeks. That should have put us at the latest in July. That's the problem with missing timelines, if you just back it up then how is there any faith that they'll get it done by September? If they tell us that it will be December on the next call will anyone believe them? I hope they hit the September goal but I think they need to explain what the actual hold up is when they miss deadlines.
