Did you receive any mail to approve the plan for the preferreds which assures that there will not be any change in the SS?

If we don't receive a mail regarding approval, then this is also up in the air and may change in a heart beat.

I really don't understand that guy's PRs at all and I also don't understand the timing. Whenever there is any excitment in the air, we find a PR either about delays, or change of plans like there was no previous PR - that is what hurting us the most because the PRs became meaningless.

Have you seen any mention of any sort of business in the last few PRs?, now we are changing the state too and of course because a new unexpected opportunity presented itself  and there are lot of things happening behind the scenes that we don't know about and it seems that we will never know about either - same story different version IMO - isn't it time to share whatever is happening behind the scenes since last Novemebr that never saw the light or this is only available for a handfull of people?
