Very interesting could priced restricted shares at anything he wanted. Looks like 1 for 1 with common. If he wanted to sell the stocks could have priced restricted high and transferred them to common at a high conversion ratio. Pricing at Par means that he UNVC is acquiring some thing.. A few million shares at under a cent doesn't buy much but the other company must believe that UNVC will be much higher in the near future. A really positive sigh. That at least my thought
