I doubted that vice chair of parent Bao Steel China would leave Asia for anything less than a JV- I doubt that JV would be limited to the possible beneficiation plant mentioned by the Apr 13 PR-

Bao would no doubt like to buy CWRN if Bob/Sharon would allow, as Chinese steelmakers are doing around the world, because China is running out of economical iron-mining an average of less than 20% ore in China at an average cost of 150/ton (agmetalminer 12-13-10 and PBS etc).
