If you look at the trades today plus after hours it seems they are trying to push this back up to the $2 dollar range but feel they will be very unsuccessful plus we needed is a minimum of $2,500,000 in stockholders’ equity for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) (the “Rule”) and we just aren't getting that accomplished either. It appears October is D-Day or Exicure had better present the SEC a accepted plan of action to obtain what the SEC is requiring.

We just had a 1/30 R/S wow!

If we can't reach that we will be going to the OTC club and the other problem is keeping the stock price above $2 bucks as I recall.
