A few days ago!I am remaining as CEO of the company and Joseph will come on board as President.  Punch is not going to be in tiny towns.  As an example we have "Must Carry" deals in LA and San Francisco. That means that we will air on everything in those cities, All cable and satellite.  That is common for most of the deals we are working on.

Nothing has changed with Clear Vision, contract was signed a while back and we are waiting on them.  Everything we have planned and spoke about publicly is happening.
