Who signs an LOI to pre-order product not available?

Yeah, sign a LOI to purchase panels and wait 2-3 years until a U.S. plant is built. If it's ever built? Then hope the panels are not extinct by then similar to the Stion Nano panels (closed business in 2017) promoted by the company on its website.
